I've been having a lot of sexual problems with my husband. It's nothing really big, just something weird for me since I'm normally the girl that wants to fuck multiple times a day.
Lately, I just haven't wanted to have sex. I don't know if I feel like it's too much work or what, but I have no sexual drive right now.
I'm thinking it might just be all the stress we're going through right now and it's taking any sort of drive out of me, but it sucks.

I was asked this question when I was in marriage counseling and I've seen it asked so many time.

You can not blame something like masturbation as the destroyer of a relationship. One small thing such as masturbation can not and never will be the sole reason people break up. That's like saying "Oh I broke up with him/her because she washed her hair too much."
It's completely ludicrous to even insinuate that something so small would be grounds for putting a stop to a relationship. There had to be other problems as well-- not solely a self-pleasure issue.

Besides that, who is anyone else to tell someone they can't masturbate? And what man in his right mind would break up with a woman for masturbating... I'm sure he'd be egging her on to do it more--and definitely in front of him! It's stupid to think that something as unimportant as masturbation could break up a couple in love. And for that to even be insinuated shows how people are. It sounds like a control issue to me.
